Ever thought about this?

So, I'm watching 'Annie' with Reese this morning, and one line in particular jumped out at me.
It's never really struck me as funny in the past, but seems hysterical now...

"Mr. Warbucks LIKES cheeky orphans!'

Is that funny to anyone else?!
